The orange light is on while charging, but the device still cannot be powered on even after charging for a long time.

A

Reason: 1. The battery is over-discharged.
(The device has not been used for more than a month.)
2. The battery is not installed correctly.

Solution:  1. Charge battery for 3 to 4 hours before turning on the device.
2. Check if The battery is installed properly.

After booting up, there is no display but the power indicator light is blue.

A

Reason: 1. The lens isn’t installed properly。
2. Get into Stanby Mode

Solution: 1. Check if the lens is installed into right position. The metal contacts on the lens should be properly aligned with the pins on the control unit.
2. Disable standby mode in setting page.

After pressing the power button, the screen is unresponsive and the power indicator light is off.

Reason: 1. The power button was not pressed for more than 2 seconds.
2. The battery is depleted or not installed correctly.

Solution: 1. Press power button for more than 2 seconds.
2. Check if The battery is installed properly.

After capturing, the screen enter to preview mode, but pressing OK resulting in displaying "No memory in SD" . At this time, the remaining memory shown upper right corner of the screen is 0MB.

Reason: The SD card storage space is fully utilized.

Solution: After backing up the data, please delete the excess images from the memory card.

Control unit shows "SD card error" or "No SD card".

Reason: 1. SD card is not installed.
2. SD card was failed.
3. The format of SD card is incorrect.

Solution: 1. Check if SD card is installed properly.
2. Check if data of SD card can be transferred to computer. If not, the SD card maybe damage, please replace it. If yes, please copy data to computer and format it.
3. The maximum supported memory card capacity for the control unit is 32GB with FAT32 storage format. Please verify it.

After connecting to the computer via Wi-Fi Direct Mode, it will automatically disconnect after a period of time.

Reason: Windows system may automatically disconnect inactive connections which are without internet access.

Solution: Disable the automatic connection function for other connections.

Using USB cable to connect to computer and turn on UVC viewer, but there is no image.

Reason: UVC setting is incorrect.

Solution: UVC [ ON ]
After installing webcam program on PC,  you can connect Control Unit with PC to get real-time image during UVC [ON]。

Reason: 1. Control unit is power off, or lens does not install properly.
2. UVC setting is incorrect.

Solution:  1. Install the lens properly and trun on the control unit
2. UVC [ OFF ]: 
Control Unit can be a storage device to connect with PC during UVC [ off ].

Time is incorrect after turn on control unit every time,or time is set as default value.

A

Reason: The battery has fully depleted due to prolonged non-use, causing it to no longer maintain the date/time memory function.

Solution: Reset the time settings and recharge the device regularly.。

Touch panel doesn't react or react slowly.

A

Reason: The low battery level leads to unstable power supply.

Solution: Replace the battery or charge the battery until power is over 25%.

The image is clear but there are some dark areas or spots.

A

Reason: There is dust on the lens.

Solution: Check if there is dust on each component of lens. Please use an oil-free/water-free blower to remove dust, and use a soft, lint-free cloth with a little alchohol to wipe lens. Please don't use acidic/alkaline cleaning agents.
